At the airport
During the purchase of the flight you can add the transport of an accompanying animal to your booking. Each passenger can bring only one pet and only 2 pets are allowed on each flight. Only dogs and cats are allowed You must travel with a passport issued by a veterinarian certifying the validity of the rabies vaccination (from 30 days to 12 months before the flight). Your pet must fly in an approved non-rigid carrier (max. 45x39x21 cm and 8 kg including the animal). During the flight he will rest on the floor of the plane, between your legs or under your seat. You can bring food for your pet inside the hand luggage. You will not be able to get him out of the carrier until he disembarks from the plane. Important. HelloFly flights can carry folding wheelchairs for partially ambulatory patients and other basic necessities such as medical oxygen (by prescription). Please contact our customer service who will be happy to help you.
A small foldable stroller is acceptable for transportation in addition to normal luggage. No charge will be made in this regard.

Yes. Essential drugs in liquid form (prescription or over-the-counter) can be carried in carry-on baggage. HelloFly will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to these valuable / fragile items. Laptops and cameras should always be taken as carry-on baggage and not checked in as aircraft hold baggage.
Included in the cost of the flight HelloFly offers the possibility of carrying a hand luggage up to a maximum of 5 kg. A 15kg hold baggage is also included.
HelloFly leaves full discretion to its passengers, however it recommends taking out travel insurance for all luggage carried.
